Erick Qualman’s follow up video to Social Media Revolution, isn’t bad. If my remarks seem to be condescending I apologize. However, it did not create the “warm & fuzzy” feeling that many viewers received after the first video. I attribute this to the recycled stats from the first video. Despite this, “Social Media 2: Refresh” is worth watching. It expresses the importance of the mobile web in the future of Social Media. This of course opens the Internet to real time consumer analytics, buying habits and information that can change how companies reach consumers and consumers make buying decisions.
