As a startup fan and all things tech aficionado I love Twitter for it’s ability to allow me to connect to the thoughts of a lot of insiders in the startup/entrepreneur/tech space. Here are some of my favorites!

Don’t be fooled this isn’t your dashboard. This is Tumblr’s clever way to introduce new users to their unique interface.
Not bad.
Here’s the breakdown of who is using the blogging platform, according to Mark Coatney from Tumblr: In the U.S. the audience tends to be younger — 56% of the service’s 25.2 million monthly visitors are under 34, and users skew slightly more male (52%).
tumblr makes me want to have drinks with people I’ve never met…facebook makes me want to throw drinks at people I already know.

I’m not sure how much I care about this story, but John Mayer is a celebrity with a following. Considering his level of influence one could argue Tumblr is may be the next “thing”.

WHAT IS TUMBLR
Tumblr combines, blogging, micro-blogging (think Twitter) in one platform. It unifies everything I enjoy about Twitter, Blogger and Facebook in a clean, well designed package. Here is a short list of why I like Tumblr.
